Managing your account
The ‘Manage Account’ page can be used to handle your personal info and account. For example, download invoices, change your billing info or cancel your account.
To access it, follow these steps:
- Click Manage account (also available at the bottom of any page on the Support Portal).
- Login with the emall address you used when you purchased your copy of Render Boss.
- If you have not registered a password, you’ll receive an email with an OTP (One-Time Password)
- If you registered a password already, you can use that.
Invoices are found in the Billing History section.
